How do I create my account?

STILGIA will very soon be available on the App Store and Google Play. Once the app is installed, choose “Sign up”: you can create your account with an email address and a password, or directly with your Google or Apple account.

What do I need to use virtual try-ons?

Just one full-body front photo, uploaded from the Avatar screen. You can change your photo whenever you want. Results are AI-generated previews and are illustrative in nature.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is permanent and costs €0: it includes 50 wardrobe items, 5 AI outfits per month, 5 virtual try-ons per month, 5 AI stylist consultations per month and 10 collections. You can upgrade to Premium or Premium Plus at any time from the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through the store where you purchased it: App Store (Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). You keep Premium until the end of the period already paid.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

We erase all your personal information within 30 days, except what we are legally required to keep for accounting or legal reasons.

STILGIA is built for iPhone and Android. It will very soon be available on the App Store and Google Play. Your wardrobe syncs automatically across your devices.

How do I delete my account?

From the app — immediate deletion
Open STILGIA and go to Settings → Delete account. To confirm, you must type "DELETE". Deletion is immediate, irreversible and erases your profile, email address, password, avatar, garments, outfits, collections, virtual try-on history, preferences and stored images.

Request by email
You can also write to support@stilgia.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". These requests are typically processed within a few business days and always within a maximum of 30 days.

Important about subscriptions
Deleting your STILGIA account does not cancel an active subscription. Before deleting it, you must cancel the subscription in:
• Google Play → Payments and subscriptions.
• App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

What data may be retained
Full erasure, including caches and infrastructure backups, is completed within a maximum of 30 days.
We may retain only:
• accounting and billing records for the legal periods applicable in Germany, currently up to 8 years where required under §147 AO and §257 HGB;
• pseudonymised anti-fraud technical records, such as purchase identifiers and an irreversible hash of the email address, never the email in clear text, only for as long as necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes and restore purchases.
