Terms of Service

1. Who can use STILGIA

To use STILGIA you must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. If you use the app on behalf of a company, you declare that you are authorised to bind it.

2. Your account

Each account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity carried out from your account. If you detect unauthorised use, write to us immediately at support@stilgia.com.

3. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

4. Your content

The clothing photos and front photo you upload remain yours. By uploading them you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them with the providers listed in the Privacy Policy and to show them inside the app. You are responsible for having rights over all the content you upload.

5. Paid subscriptions

STILGIA offers a permanent Free plan and paid subscriptions (Premium and Premium Plus) on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, which process the payments. Displayed prices include taxes where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the store where you purchased it: App Store (Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period: you keep Premium until that date. Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's policies; we do not provide partial refunds for periods already started, except where required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

STILGIA is provided "as is". While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that the AI stylist recommendations or virtual try-ons will be accurate in every case: virtual try-ons are AI-generated previews of an illustrative nature. In no event will we be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the service, except within the limits set by applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we detect fraudulent use of the service, or for legal reasons. In such cases we will notify you by email when possible.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of the place where the service operator is domiciled. If you are a consumer, you may also bring claims before the courts of your habitual residence.
